Most people have heard of spiritual cleansing, and many have bought a smudge stick, spray, crystal, or bundle of herbs without ever being taught how cleansing actually works. This workshop moves beyond the idea that you simply light something, wave it around, and hope for the best.

In this class you will learn when cleansing may help, when it may not be needed, and how to approach rooms, objects, people, tools, land, and sacred spaces with more confidence and common sense. We will explore smoke, water, salt, sound, prayer, herbs, white sage, saining, and other cleansing methods in a grounded, respectful, and practical way.

This workshop is not about fear or superstition. It is about understanding what you are doing, choosing the right method for the situation, and creating a cleaner, calmer spiritual environment in a way that feels informed, safe, and realistic.
