Colon Massage is a deep yet gentle work that helps the body’s biochemistry to re-balance the colon. The massage reawakens and stimulates the muscles in the walls of the colon which can have a strong and powerful impact on the body’s bowel movements.
It is a safe, controlled massage that may help to create active peristalsis within the bowel, softening and releasing hardened waste matter. The Colon is part of the digestive system, helps in the processing and elimination of food. It combines relaxing, calming massage with the main focus on massaging the abdominal area and colon, helping the body to detox and the elimination of food and waste products.
