This class has been written for anyone who has an awareness of or directly works with energy. And by energy we mean the ‘energy’ that everything in the Universe is made up from. Throughout many traditions, and also many religions, there is countless documentation referring to ‘feelings’, ‘energy’ or a ‘knowing’. Although various sources will give the energy a different name – one thing they all have in common is that they acknowledge that it exists.
This class will offer students an insight into how to begin to acknowledge and work with this energy along with providing techniques for protecting, grounding, centering and cleansing.
This is a free class and as such, upon completion, will award a digital certificate and not a physical one.
