This advanced guide training invites certified forest bathing practitioners to move beyond observation and into full-bodied presence. Throughout these lessons you’ll explore the somatic dimension of guiding - where the forest is not simply seen or heard, but felt through skin, breath, muscle, and nervous system.
Each lesson focuses on a different sense or sensory integration, offering you refined tools, deeper awareness, and new invitations that awaken the forest within as well as without. This is a course for those ready to embody the practice, not just facilitate it - and to walk the woodland path as a guide whose whole body listens.
This class has been designed for existing Gaian Forest Bathing Practitioners to help them take their sessions further.
