Indian Head Massage originated from India and is a beautifully traditional practice that is now immensely popular amongst Western cultures. This is due to its simplicity and portability, that allows it to be utilised anywhere and everywhere, making relaxation and holistic wellness more accessible for everyone.
This class will teach you about the history and benefits of a Indian Head Massage Treatment. You will also learn the full Indian Head Massage Routine which can be performed either as an entire treatment, split into smaller taster treatments and can also be performed in a chair with the client fully clothed. Of course, you can add a touch of luxury by incorporating oils and creating a 'spa' like holistic therapy with the techniques.
