Traditionally Malaysian Massage is performed on a soft mattress on the floor. You will learn how to perform the massage on a massage table.
Malaysian Massage is a mixture of soft flowing movements, deep tissue massage, skin rolling, stretching and acupressure point work incorporating sticks. The main goal of Malaysian massage is a relaxed state of mind and a free flow of energy or chi through the body.
