This class is a specialised practitioner training designed to support clients rebuilding their lives and bodies after substance dependence. Addiction imprints itself across the physical, emotional, and energetic systems - tightening fascia, dulling sensation, overloading the nervous system, and fragmenting self-awareness. The course teaches therapists how to meet those patterns with skill, sensitivity, and grounded compassion.

During the lessons you’ll learn how to adapt your techniques to support detoxification, soothe withdrawal-related symptoms, and help clients re-inhabit their bodies safely. 

Each lesson blends anatomical understanding with subtle energy awareness, ensuring your sessions remain evidence-informed yet deeply human. Through guided sequences, reflexology and shiatsu integration, and practitioner care strategies, you’ll gain the confidence to work ethically and effectively with clients at every stage of recovery.
