Thai foot massage is a popular choice for therapists, reflexologists and complete beginners. This course is based on the traditional thai foot massage stimulating reflex points on the hand and feet and includes a therapeutic massage to the legs and feet.
Thai Foot Reflexology also involves hands on stretching and massage of sen lines (energy lines), along with the stimulation of the reflex points and is still taught by Buddhist monks in the temples of Thailand.
This is a relaxing and refreshing therapy combining Chinese reflexology, shiatsu, yoga and traditional thai massage techniques.
