Teach with Asgard Academy

Official Teacher Licensing Programme

Share trusted knowledge. Teach in-person with confidence. Offer recognised certification - without compromising integrity.

The Asgard Academy Teacher Licensing Programme exists for experienced practitioners who feel called to teach live, in-person classes, while remaining aligned with a clear, ethical curriculum.

This licence allows you to deliver selected Asgard Academy courses face-to-face, offer official certificates of completion, and become part of a growing network of trusted teachers - all without needing to design your own course structure from scratch.

This is not mass teaching.
It is not content ownership.
It is not online replication.

It is professional, embodied teaching - done well, and done responsibly.

What the Teacher Licence Allows You to Do

Once licensed, you may:

- Teach approved Asgard Academy courses in person
- Deliver workshops, short courses, or extended classes using the official curriculum
- Be listed in the Asgard Academy Teacher Directory (location-based)
- Teach with clarity, structure, and confidence using a proven framework
- Retain your own teaching style, pacing, and personal presence within the curriculum

You are not teaching instead of the Academy -
you are teaching with it.

Why This Matters

Teaching carries responsibility.

A recognised curriculum protects:

- Students, by ensuring consistency and care
Teachers, by removing guesswork and uncertainty
The work itself, by preventing dilution or misuse

This licence gives you:

- Confidence that what you’re teaching is sound and supported
Relief from having to invent, justify, or defend your material
A professional pathway that respects both autonomy and boundaries
Alignment with an academy that values depth over scale

It allows you to focus on what actually matters:
showing up, holding space, and teaching well.

Who This Licence Is For

This pathway is ideal if you are:

- An experienced practitioner ready to teach others in person
Already working with clients, groups, or small classes
Looking to expand your offerings without building a full curriculum alone
Someone who values ethical practice, consent, and clear structure

Comfortable teaching live, embodied material rather than pre-recorded content

Who This Licence Is Not For

This licence is not suitable if you are looking to:

- Teach courses online or via recorded platforms
Sell or redistribute Asgard Academy content
Modify or repackage the curriculum as your own
Create derivative courses based on Academy material
Teach without completing the relevant course yourself

These boundaries are intentional - they protect the integrity of the work and the people learning it.

Course Completion Comes First

Before applying for a teacher licence, you must:

- Complete the course you wish to teach
Hold a Certificate of Completion for that course
Demonstrate familiarity with both the material and its spirit

Teaching is not an upgrade - it is a responsibility.
Completion ensures you teach from experience, not theory.

Certification & Student Recognition

Students taught under a licensed class may receive:

- An official Asgard Academy Certificate of Completion
Recognition that they completed the course under an authorised teacher
Clear distinction between personal learning and practitioner-level training

Practitioner & Teacher Directories

Licensed teachers are eligible to appear in the Asgard Academy Teacher Directory, allowing students to:

- Find in-person teachers by location
Verify that a class is officially licensed
Choose teachers aligned with Academy standards

Separately, students who complete practitioner-level training (where applicable) may be listed in a Practitioner Directory.

Teaching With Autonomy - Not Ownership

You retain:

- Your voice
Your presence
Your way of holding space
Your relationship with your students

You do not receive:

- Ownership of the course content
Rights to reproduce or distribute materials
Permission to alter or rebrand the curriculum

This balance ensures clarity, safety, and long-term sustainability for everyone involved.

What Support You Receive

Licensed teachers are supported with:

- Clear licensing terms and scope
Curriculum guidance
Certificate issuance permissions
Directory listing
Ongoing alignment with Academy standards

This is not a “set and forget” licence - it is a living professional relationship.

Teaching under an Asgard Academy licence carries clear responsibilities as well as permissions.

Before applying or purchasing a licence, all prospective teachers are required to read the full Teacher Licensing Information document, which outlines scope, boundaries, materials, certification, and teaching conditions in detail.

Teacher Licensing - FAQs

Do I need to complete the course before I can teach it?

Yes. Only students who have completed the course through The Asgard Academy are eligible to purchase a Teacher Licence for that course.

Is the Teacher Licence a one-off fee or a subscription?

The licence is a one-off fee per course. There are no annual renewals or ongoing licence charges.

Can I teach the course online or record it?

No. The Teacher Licence permits face-to-face teaching only. Online delivery, recording, or live-streaming is not allowed.

Do my students need their own manuals?

Yes - if you are providing written materials. If no written materials are provided, students may make their own notes. In this case, no summaries, handouts, or reproduced materials may be given.

Can I create handouts or supplementary materials?

No. Substitute handouts, summaries, or reproduced materials are not permitted. Teaching should be delivered using the official course manual and the guidance provided in the Teacher Licence Pack.

Who issues student certificates?

All certificates are issued by The Asgard Academy. Teachers submit student details and the per-student certification fee, and certificates are issued centrally.

Is there a limit to how many times I can teach the course?

No. Once licensed, you may teach the course multiple times, provided all licence conditions are met.

Can I modify or adapt the course content?

No. The course must be taught as structured. You may teach in your own voice, but the content, scope, and intent may not be altered.

Can my licence be revoked?

Yes. Licences may be suspended or revoked if the licence terms are breached, particularly where course materials are reproduced, misrepresented, or used outside the permitted scope.
