This class has been designed to introduce you to all of the many benefits of mindfulness while providing an in-depth introduction to the techniques required enabling a streamlined approach to a healthier and happier way of life.

The intention throughout is to help you experience life in the here and now - something that many people have forgotten how to do. You will learn how to open up your mind in an active and yet intentional way. Mindfulness affects every aspect of your life and by utilising and embracing this way of being; it can make life simpler, more productive and much more enjoyable.
