Mindfulness in the Classroom

Our Mindfulness for Teenagers Class has been designed specifically to aid the development of children in the 11-16 years age range. This class has been split into different lessons which has been created to cater for the various elements likely to be experienced by this age group and includes a wide variety of mindfulness techniques to help improve awareness and to enable students to live fully in the moment.

Although this class is specifically aimed towards those who teach or coach children of this age group, it can of course be applied to any other home or social setting.
