Meditation for Beginners

This class is aimed at absolute beginners and has been designed to provide an in-depth look into the whole meditative process enabling you to achieve the many benefits that come with regular practice. It is filled with self-study assessments, tips and hints to help you achieve the best results while understanding the origins and ethos of meditation.

Completing this course will hopefully arm you with a variety of meditative techniques for personal use, however, should you wish to host or teach meditation classes (which teaches techniques not found in this class) then you may wish to check our Meditation Instructor class.
